Damon Parker – Founding Partner
Damon launched Harcus Parker in 2019 after co-founding Harcus Sinclair, where he headed the litigation practice. He is widely regarded as one of the foremost group litigation lawyers in the country, ranked in Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, and listed among Lawdragon’s 500 Global Plaintiff Lawyers.
Daniel Kerrigan – Partner
Daniel brings over ten years of expertise in managing high-value, multi-claimant litigation. A Chartered Legal Executive, he specialises in financial mis-selling and leads our case against the Woodford Equity Income Fund. His background includes working closely with litigation funders and securing ATE insurance for clients.
Pierce Bedogni – Associate
Originally from New Zealand, Pierce has a strong foundation in commercial disputes. Prior to joining Harcus Parker, he advised NHS and public sector organisations on litigation and procurement matters, and handled a broad mix of complex cases across property, construction, and insolvency law.
Brooke Snowe – Litigation Manager
Brooke joined Harcus Parker as a paralegal in 2020 and has developed wide-ranging expertise across financial services and group litigation. Her previous experience in the advertising industry adds a valuable strategic lens to her casework. Brooke is currently completing her solicitor qualifications.
